Thought I'd share some of my favorite hot sauces, in no particular order.
Well, actually this is my top favorite, produced here in the U.S: Huy Fong's Sriracha (a/k/a Rooster Sauce or Cock sauce). Great with everything from rice to meats to chocolate. And I'm not kidding.
Not so much heat, but lots of flavor - I like it best on fried green tomatoes.
I was introduced to this at Firehouse, which is a chain of sub shops that stock about 50 different kinds of hot sauce. It's not really that spicy but it has a ton of flavor. A good intro for folks who don't have the intestinal fortitude for some of the other choices.
From Trinidad, where I've had the hottest food ever.
I came home to find Maya asleep in her room, and Stephanie and Devin asleep on the floor in his room.
As far as we know, she did not learn this in her gymnastics class. I have seen her class doing "back flips" by rolling on a cushion (i.e. not real back flips). We think she picked this up watching one of the advanced classes for older kids.

Devin and Maya were baptised by Mother Elisa Harres yesterday at The Episcopal Church of St Peter & St Paul. We'll have a photo album up this evening, but thought you might enjoy this shot. Note: we explained what was going to happen during the ceremony and Maya coined the term "bathtism" upon hearing such.
Maya is uncharacteristically stoic, while Devin is gleefully giddy as the water is poured on his head. Good times!
